Villa Zoe è situata a Comiso, in provincia di Ragusa, nella punta più a sud della Sicilia.  La nostra villa dalle linee moderne e dal design elegante, rispecchia perfettamente i colori della campagna Iblea, dal verde, passando per il legno fino al tortora. Villa Zoe è composta da due luminose stanze da letto matrimoniali, soggiorno con divano letto, cucina attrezzata con forno e lavastoviglie, un bagno con box doccia e una lavanderia. La struttura può ospitare fino a sei persone ed è il luogo ideale per godersi una vacanza in completo relax, grazie al giardino che circonda la villa, al terrazzo che si affaccia sulla piscina e alla veranda dove poter cenare o pranzare all’aperto.
Ideale anche per le famiglie grazie a un’area giochi riservata ai più piccoli. Inoltre all’interno della casa, un cancelletto di sicurezza permette agli adulti di rilassarsi e di non preoccuparsi delle scale.

Villa Zoe is located in Comiso, in the province of Ragusa, in the deep south-east coast of Sicily. Our villa with modern lines and elegant design perfectly reflects the colours of the Hyblean countryside whose colours from green, through wood to dove grey are amazing. The interior of Villa Zoe is composed of two bright double bedrooms, a comfortable living room with sofa bed, and a large fully equipped kitchen with an open and functional dining area. A bathroom with shower is located next to it. The villa can accommodate up to six people and is the ideal place to enjoy a completely relaxing holiday, thanks to the garden that surrounds the villa, the large shaded  terrace overlooking the swimming pool where you can dine or have lunch outdoors.

Also ideal for families thanks to a play area for children. Moreover inside the house, a little safety gate lets the adults relax without worrying about the stairs.

The property is pet friendly.

Villa Zoe è ideale sia per chi preferisce trascorrere una vacanza in assoluto relax godendo dei servizi che la struttura offre, sia per chi vuole conoscere le bellezze della Sicilia Orientale, molte delle quali Patrimonio dell’Unesco. A partire dal fascino dell’arte barocca di Comiso, passando per Ragusa Ibla e Modica fino a giungere a Noto e a Siracusa, dove una menzione a parte merita l’isola di Ortigia. Da visitare anche Catania dove l’Etna, il vulcano attivo più alto d’Europa sovrasta la città, e, per chi preferisce tuffarsi in epoca antica, non potrà perdere la Valle dei Templi di Agrigento e i Mosaici di Villa Romana del Casale Di Piazza Armerina.

I due aeroporti più vicini sono quello di Comiso, a soli 15 minuti; e quello di Catania che dista un’ora.

Inoltre sono numerose le spiagge premiate con la Bandiera Blu facilmente raggiungibili da Villa Zoe: Marina di Ragusa, Pozzallo, Punta Secca (casa del Commissario Montalbano). Ma si ci può spingere anche verso la splendida Riserva di Vendicari o La Scala dei Turchi.

Infine, Taormina, uno scrigno di bellezza, che lascia tutti senza fiato.

Villa Zoe is the ideal destination for those who choose to spend a completely relaxing holiday enjoying the services that this villa can give them and also for those who want to discover the beauty of the Baroque style buildings  in the South East Sicily, many of these are included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You can start to go sightseeing the baroque art of the old town in Comiso, Ragusa Ibla and Modica up to Noto and Syracuse, where the island of Ortigia deserves a separate mention. Catania has a lot to offer visitors. Mount Etna is the most active and the highest volcano in Europe overlooking the city. Apart from the beauty of nature, you can hike to the top of the volcano with a guide and enjoy the amazing views from the top. Sometimes you can watch the spectacular eruptions when the volcano is active, for those who prefer to dive into ancient times, you cannot miss the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento and the Mosaics of Villa Romana del Casale in Piazza Armerina.

The two closest airports are Comiso, it takes you 15 minutes to get there from Villa Zoe; and Catania airport which you can reach in one hour’s drive.

Furthermore, there are many beaches in the nearest seaside which are awarded with the Blue Flag easy  to reach from Villa Zoe: Marina di Ragusa, Pozzallo, Punta Secca (home of Inspector Montalbano). But you can also enjoy walking in the splendid Vendicari Natural Reserve or La Scala dei Turchi.

And not to be missed is Taormina, one of the most beautiful Sicilian towns overlooking the sea that leaves everyone breathless.
